Background
Nina Spancers launches Legacy Search Partners December 2024 bringing a seasoned approach in talent search and acquisition.
Ms. Spancers started her career in the wireless telecommunications and technology industries then found a home in the construction and ventured into oil and gas. She has partnered with start-ups, private and publicly held companies from technology to, construction and oil and gas placing talent across organizational lines throughout the Southwest USA, Colorado, California, Arizona and Texas. She has held talent acquisition roles as Corporate Recruiter as part of an HR team launching recruitment strategies as well served as partner and Board Member of Int'l Executive Search firm onboarding and training new recruiters with her unique innovative approach and Independent Practitioner.
Spancers obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree, HR/Organizational Leadership and Management from Colorado Christian University in 1996. Throughout her career she has been active in civic work and industry associations such as Colorado Springs Homebuilders Association, Association of General Contractors, Associate Board Member, and the Denver Petroleum Club.
Spancers originally from Silicon Valley made Colorado home in 1994. She resides in Colorado Springs with her husband Dan. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, reading, music, fitness, golf and also spending time with her active and growing family.
